Nászút helyett / INSTEAD OF THE HONEYMOON 2022

5,900Ft

To the ’joy of the family’, I used the money put aside for the honeymoon to buy this vineyard. I ‘had to’, it was love at first sight. This small estate has since become a symbol for us of togetherness, challenge, and the ever-renewing happiness.

It is clear that cabernet franc has found its home in Villány, and is the key to its future. Nothing proves my trust in the variety better than the fact that, long before the birth of Villányi Franc wine region brand in 2009, I planted only Cabernet Franc grapes and since then, I have been searching for the different faces of Franc. According to the Villány appellation control system, “Villányi Franc” appellation is a carefully selected 100% cabernet franc – the flagship brand of the wine region.

If Inni jó is the embodiment of fruitiness, then Nászút- Villányi Franc is the embodiment of elegance and harmony with the best signature of barrel aging. It’s not worth analyzing the different notes, as its beauty lies in its integrated complexity, unity, and harmony – a truly ‘together’ wine.

The dense, ripe fruitiness begins with tobacco notes, then a full, beautiful structure unfolds with velvety tannins and a long, intense finish.

If associate a human character, the new vintage is more thoughtful and concentrated, confident and deep-eyed, an unshakable personality. Let it time to open, taste it from a large glass.
